This is Chloe's signature class! Get ready to sweat as this class is no joke! We add weights, the jumpboard & circuits on & off the reformer for that ultimate burn. Your heart rate will stay high until the very end before we enjoy that well earned stretch.
If you have never trained at FLOW before, we encourage you to take a fundamental flow first. This is not a beginners class, but a chance for us to tune into our body, learn the main principles of pilates, focusing on form and alignment. Anyone is welcome to attend one of these classes.

Reformer Pilates is a unique and highly effective workout that works wonders for the body. It helps you find length and space while using spring tension, creating internal pressure to elongate the spine, joints, and muscles. This leads to improved flexibility, strength, stamina, and better posture.
After a serious back injury, I turned to Reformer Pilates for recovery, and it played a key role in helping me stay active and regain my strength throughout rehab.
