Hi! I'm Chloe, and after a decade of pouring my heart and soul into personal training, I've decided to take the leap and dive headfirst into my true passion: Pilates.

I am super committed to helping you to reach your fitness goals and unlock the confidence you deserve!

My Journey to becoming a Pilates teacher is deeply personal. After a major back surgery, Pilates became my saving grace, allowing me to train throughout my recovery journey.

Wether you choose Reformer Pilates or Personal Training my classes are high energy, fun and I always make sure to bring new and exciting moves.

FAQs

How often should I practice?

The frequency of practice depends on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Consistency is key, as regular sessions build strength and flexibility.

However, it's important to listen to your body and find a balance that works for you and fits into your lifestyle.

Are your classes suitable for injuries/rehab?

If you're recovering from an injury or working on rehabilitation, I recommend starting with a 1:1 session. This will allow us to assess your current condition and tailor the practice to your needs. After that, a fundamentals class would be a great way to continue building strength and stability at your own pace.

What do I need to wear/ bring to class?

Grip socks (compulsory for safety & hygiene; available for purchase on the day)

Water & sweat towel (optional, but helpful)

Arrive 5 minutes early (10 minutes for your first class for equipment induction)

A positive attitude & a sense of "I can and I will!"

I’ve never done Reformer Pilates before—can I join?

Yes, we advise taking a Fundamentals Flow class first. These classes are a great to tune into your body, learn the key principles of Pilates, & focus on form & alignment. However, if you’d feel more comfortable starting with something more personalised, I also offer 1:1 sessions.
