Our Group PT classes are currently every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm:
In our Group PT sessions, I'll provide guidance and training throughout as you complete up to 8 stations, including bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and dumbbells. This full-body workout is designed to challenge you while keeping things varied and fun. The reformer is not used in this session, so it's all about using your body and equipment to build strength and improve fitness. Whether you're looking to push yourself further or try something new, you'll get the support you need in a motivating group environment.
